Tianna Gertge

Head of School

Born and raised in Illinois, Tianna took a leap of faith and decided to venture out on her own and attended Utah State University. She graduated from Utah State with her bachelors in Elementary Education. She then attended Westminster College and received her Early Childhood Montessori certification. She also holds a Montessori special education certificate from The Center for Guided Montessori studies. Tianna fell in love with Montessori Education while working as an assistant in a Montessori toddler classroom throughout college. In her free time, Tianna loves hanging out with her husband, Matt and their 5 children.

Madi Nicholls


As one of six kids, Madi has been around children her entire life. After attending Weber State University, Madi taught English in China. Once she returned, she began working as a Toddler class assistant at a Montessori school. Later, she became Tianna's assistant in her Early Childhood classroom. Madi was quickly up for the challenge of assisting Tianna in the office once she moved into administration full time. In her free time, Madi loves spending time with her husband, Devan and their 3 children.


Codi Jones

Early Childhood Lead Teacher

Ms. Codi has been with PMA from the very start. After earning her Bachelors degree in English, she taught Kindergarten at a local private school. When she joined the Providence family, she began teaching in our Infant class. Ms. Codi has taken Montessori classes through the Center for Guided Montessori Studies. This will be Ms. Codi's second year teaching Early Childhood at PMA. In her spare time, Codi loves to be with her husband, 2 children and teach Pilates. 


Maddie Wilson

Early Childhood Lead Teacher

Ms. Maddie has years of experience working with Children. Before working at PMA, she was a behavior therapist. She worked with many children who have special needs and incorporates what she learned into her classroom and curriculum. Maddie has taken Early Childhood classes through The Center for Guided Montessori Studies. This will be Ms. Maddie's 3rd year teaching Early Childhood. In her spare time, she loves trying new exciting things and spending time with her family.


Ruth Cabrera

Early Childhood Lead Teacher

After working with Ms. Tianna and Ms. Madi at a local Montessori school, Ms. Ruth decided to take her talents to a behavior company. After working privately with clients for a few years. Ruth decided to re-enter the Montessori world and started working at Providence. She has never looked back! Ms. Ruth originally was a Toddler assistant teacher, then an Early Childhood Assistant Teacher before becoming a Lead Teacher. Ruth completed her Montessori training from the Center for Guided Montessori Studies. This will be Ms. Ruth's 3rd year teaching Early Childhood and 4th year in the classroom. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family and pets.


Jill Fearns

Toddler Lead Teacher

Ms. Jill has worked along side of Tianna, Madi and Ruth for many years. However, only "officially" in Toddler. Ms. Jill has floated through many classes to sub but started her Montessori Journey many years ago assisting in a Toddler classroom. She then began a Toddler Lead Teacher. Ms. Jill has her bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education and has taken her Montessori training through the Center for Guided Montessori Studies. In her free time, Jill loves spending time with her beautiful daughter, Alice.
